We have been so pleased with the service that we have been given by Placement Solutions. They take care of everything for us in terms of the employment of our Nanny and we appreciate that we don't have to worry about it and know that our Nanny is receiving the appropriate benefits and we ourselves are legally compliant regarding tax and insurance etc. Our Nanny also has a great relationship with the ladies at the agency and speaks fondly of them- I believe she has worked with them for many years. It's so nice to come home at the end of the day to happy kids who love their Nanny and who have had fun all day doing activities and learning experiences that I would never even think of doing with them!
It's been a great choice for us and we take our hats off to Placement Solutions for doing what they do in finding such great child care workers.

I have recently started utilising Placement Solutions for a support nanny for my daughter. My daughter has ASD and the team at Placement Solutions have been able to provide a great nanny to work with my daughter one on one, work on play therapy for her specific needs as directed by her other supports, and also give me a break. They have been great in servicing my needs under my daughter's NDIS plan. My nanny Meg has formed such a close bond with my daughter in this short time and we are looking forward to having her on an ongoing basis. I will continue to recommend this company to other NDIS families who need this support as I have been so pleased to find a decent provider who seem to legitimately care about children's needs and not just making money.

Placement Solutions have been a great help to our family. They’ve found us 2 Nannies over the last 18 months or so that have both been wonderful, and both who were a great match for our family based on what my kid’s needs were at the time. Our current Nanny is pleasant and easy to deal with and I am confident leaving the kids in her care on their days with her. She makes life for us all a lot easier on those days she works. She communicates really well with my wife and I, and kind of helps us all get into routine. We missed her during lockdown! Placement Solutions have been particularly great during Covid when our Nanny wasn’t able to come because only one of us was a permitted worker. They put our care on hold, and placed our Nanny in some other casual work to get her through. We sure missed our Nanny but have been so glad to have her back this past week! Thanks again Placement Solutions. Would always recommend to other families.

I had a wonderful experience with Placement Solutions. Moving house with two babes in toe and in desperate need for someone to watch them before they unpacked for us! Wendy was warm, laid-back, responsive and kind. She clearly loved kids and it was a real treat to see her delight in them quite genuinely. Placement Solutions made the whole process fuss-free and they were very responsive to our short notice request.
